When you constantly change your opinions throughout a conversation to cater to what the other person is saying. It is done to adjust your personality so that the other person will like you more.

Girl: I love bagels.
Guy She Likes: I actually hate bagels.
Girl : OMG, I like totally hate them too! They taste SO BAD.
Girl's Friend: Girl, stop flopping!

A slang term, used in South Africa, meaning no problems.

No Flop used alone, is typically used to settle differences and move on

Joshua: "What kinf bru, you lucka"
Jonathan : "Ya bru, no flops"

NO FloP
Joshua: "Ow! What kind bru, you tramped my toe"
Jonathan: "So what. What u gonna dala?!"
