A "Slobro´" or "slobrow" is a chat/forum - term standing for:

a chatter being slow at responding ones questions.

ex. when you write with a friend on Facebook, and don´t wanna blame FB for beeing f***ing slow and an inefficient chatmachine.

Then write, "Slobro´!" maybe followed by "anybody home?"
