An outrageously itchy butt-hole, one that is so unberable you usually must itch it in public places such as work or school. But since you cant use your hand you must rub your butt from side to side trying to get your ass cheeks spread apart far enough so that the seat touches your ass-hole and the friction between butt-hole and seat releives the itchiness.
