Diamond Willow

This refers to willow which has been deformed while growing. At spots where branches begin to grow, the wood grows "away from" the new branch, causing a depression in the shape of the "diamond" on a deck of playing cards. The wood is white and the diamonds red so they make the most beautiful hiking sticks, walking sticks and canes in the world. I call it "Pure Art by Mom Nature." Diamond Willow grows, typically, in wet areas where the mosquitos are the worst. In Northern Canada, it seems, are the best ones.

willow

His name is derived from “Pussy Willow”, a deciduous North American shrub or small tree(Salix discolor) having large silky catkins. Willow is a Mongolian warrior that resides in an area named Arcadia, located somewhere in the vicinity of the great San Gabriel Valley. He is known to yell out “Rainbow” when charging into the field during battle. He is often seen hanging out with those of intelligence much greater than his.
Instead of using the word "feather", Willow would describe a bird as being covered by "bird hair".
