Takeru Cathedral is an oc/created character created within the Elysium(Universe/Earth 596.) rp/rpf series created in the Kik community in 2012. Within the story of Elysium Takeru Cathedral was said to be known as the son of "The Great Merchant." . Takeru Cathedral would be known as one of the first "Practitioner's of Light" which is further explained throughout the series as the "one's who are extraordinary holding vast understanding and power". He was known to be prodigy at rpf in the first "Towairaitorifuto War" and second Towairaitorifuto War learned every strength of nature along with Martial Arts skills known asTae Kwon Do,Krav Maga,Kung Fu and Kendo. Takeru Cathedral is most known for being a Divine Foreteller which were one of the few co-founders of the Kingdom known as Divinity.He was also known sealing away Medusa Gødon a childhood friend that had been misguided by her gift of what seem to be almost unlimited brain capacity and strength causing her to declare the second Towairaitorifuto War on the Allied Nations. Takeru Cathedral was known for his light-hearted personality and respectively as a person many looked up to and still til this day his oc is still honored in the series. During his times after the war he would go on the mentor a few other known names within the series. After some time he would pass due to a cursed sickness from the second Towairaitorifuto War leaving behind his only son Kyo Cathedral.

hostile takeover

(BUSINESS) when a corporate raider attempts to take control of a corporation against the will of the management. Takeover requires a leveraged buyout typically financed with junk bonds.

HOW IT WORKS
The corporate raider requires a takeover vehicle to launch a hostile takeover. The takeover vehicle is usually another corporation controlled by the raider, although in recent years ESOPs have been used (e.g., Tribune Corp., 2007). The vehicle buys up a lot of shares of the target company's stock on the market, then announces it wants to acquire a controlling interest.

Management opposes the takeover bid. It can (a) challenge the legality of the takeover, (b) adopt a charter that makes it hard for the takeover vehicle to run the company it's proposing to buy (a poison pill), (c) seek another buyer that is more favorable (a white knight), or (d) borrow a ton of money and buy so many shares that the stock price goes up.

The raider makes a tender offer for the shares he doesn't own. At a certain point, he may acquire sufficient control that he can legally challenge the target's management to step down.

WHAT CAN GO WRONG
The management can use (a) or (b) successfully, or it can use (e), viz., launch a hostile takeover bid of the target vehicle. The raider can lose of lot of money if a lot of shareholders have accepted his tender offer.

Prior to 1980, the hostile takeover was unknown; banks would never lend money for such a scheme. For one thing, the risks were ridiculous. For another, "success" would hurt way too many people.

Everything changed when Michael Milken revolutionized the junk bond market, allowing raiders to attempt deals that violated sound business judgment. The defeated company was compelled to pay for its own conquest.

Takeshi Kaneshiro

Popular Asian actor, born October 11, 1973 in Taipei, Taiwan, to a Taiwanese mother and a Japanese father. He's starred in many movies in many different countries due to his fluency in Mandarin, Japanese,Cantonese,and Taiwanese. He also speaks English, as he attended New York Film school for a while, but unfortunately has not starred in any American films yet.He has been called the 'Asian Johnny Depp' for his sometimes quirky choice of film and TV roles and his former teen-idol status (he began his career as a pop singer).In America, he is probably best remembered as Jin in 'House of Flying Daggers'.Also starred in 'Chungking Express'.
