Skill issue is a word used whenever someone is awful at something you, yourself are better at.

Rizz Issue

Similar to the term “skill issue” but the person has trouble getting people of the same or opposite gender. But, this is a big exception for people who choose to have no rizz

Person 1: Look at that girl! She has a Rizz Issue! XD
Person 2: No she doesn’t!
Person 1: What do you mean? She definitely does, I’ve never seen her with a girl/guy
Person 2: No ma’m, she CHOSE to have no rizz
