Winter arc is when someone is becoming a better self during winter. You use the winter months to bulk up and grow because 'it's colder', so presumably you can spend more time inside in the gym.

A tactical in Apex Legends used by the Legend, Ash (Dr. Ashley Reid) the Arc Sneer traps it's victim within a certain radium for a shot amount of time (usally 3 seconds) and deals 20 damage on contact. The Arc Sneer can be upgraded.

Ash arc sneered her opponent before finishing them off.

Ash attempted to bind me with her arc sneer but failed.
