Usually occurs in men. When two people in a relationship break up, the male can not get over the woman in the relationship. This usually continues for a long period of time after the breakup. Although as a single man, the man is normally a player, he still obsesses over the woman he was previously in a relationship with. In most situations, a Santino ends up with multiple psychological problems.
