Dumpy is like calling someone a dumpster/shitter/idiot all at the same time. It is most commonly used as an online term, but could be applied to real life as well.

Something you shouldnt be. Use only when necessary or whenever someone is just a retard/dick/douchey kind of person. If asked what it is simply reply that it is somethng you shouldnt be. MAY BE USED IF INDIVIDUAL IS ADOPTED.(Noun)(May be used as a verb if someone is really being a dumpy)
