Bianchinize

To cause an otherwise functioning establishment to fail, typically by gross corruption and wastefulness of what was considered to be common resources. It's a play on words of balkanize, based on what happened to chain of community supported Italian restaurant franchises in the SF Bay area.

We thought things were going great until we were bianchinized out of our jobs.

In a stark reversal of fates, the board of directors voted to remove the troublesome executive instead of letting them bianchinize the company out of business.

Bianca

Bianca, she's a one of a kind girl she's smart, kind, caring, athletic, smart even though she doesn't think she is, SHE EVEN KNOWS MUSIC. She LOVES goats, goats and music saved her life. She gets bullied once in a while but she's strong and just ignores their opinions, she even get's a little bruised up a bit by falling on her knees and arms but she always get's back up again. She used to harm her self when she was 11-12 but she's been clean for a month now and she's proud of her self for that even though nobody knows about that besides her favorite and really close cousin. How do i know so much about Bianca it's 'cause i'm her :)
