Trying to say something out loud but inside your brain is trying to figure out the best way to say it, which results in random verbal gibberish.

Batman moments can happen by yourself or between you and a friend during a conversation. Where you both know what your both trying to say yet both of you have a batman moment at the same time and end up saying gibberish to each other, yet still knowing what each other meant to say.

English (non batman moment): "Has your dad got the batman soundtrack in the car?!"

Batman Moment: "Gizz jear ger ver batman shhna thzy car?!"

Being intoxicated by alcohol to such an extent that you pull an article of clothing (shirt or skirt, usually) over your head and pretend you're Batman. Term was coined in an episode of Two-And-A-Half Men.
