Not only is this used to describe an unusually large tidal wave from ones “down there”, this is to describe a surprising tall private school girl. Dont let her black eyeliner and spectacular house fool you, a heavy flo-w CANNOT give out a decent hug, however she does always succeed in making people laugh whilst she performs her “dances”. If you know a heavy flo-w be sure to make her aware that a knitted Ralph-Lauren sweater will not make up for her lack of hug-capability.
