When a virgin realizes that he will never get the girl of his dreams and begins to show signs of anger as a result. This is common among individuals who express romantic interest in individuals who are drawn and/or animated, which will result in the person getting rejected. Individuals who express interest in anime characters, drawings, V-Tubers, game characters, or any form of a character that does not exist in the real physical world will begin to "mald" if they cannot get the hearts of those non-realistic characters they so desperately desire.

This is also the case with individuals who firmly believe that they are better than others (supercilious), and proceed to get put in their place either in an embarrassing or humiliating fashion - and will result in those individuals also expressing signs of anger and resentment as a result.
