An Army term used to convey any one of a number of feelings or statements. It is used most vigorously by pogues. A good rule of thumb is the weaker a soldier's MOS is, the louder and more pronounced he will sound off with HOOAH.

Receiving oral from behind while standing. First girl kneels behind guy and buries her nose in his copper penny. Then she pulls his equipment down and back to her mouth and starts smoking his hog in resemblance of smoking a hooka.

So that's what the band Hoobastank's name means...receiving oral from behind while standing.
