A ridiculously long commercial in which it shows pictures of cats, dogs, etc behind fences or with sad looking faces in an attempt to get you to donate 19$ a month to their cause.

Another guilt commercial!? I am not donating 20$ a month to save the polar bears!

Recycler's Guilt

The guilt associated with not being able to recycle the goods you use or buy.

You must consume recyclable goods without a means to recycle them OR consume un-recyclable goods in order to participate in an activity.

After the concert I suffered from Recycler's Guilt because everything I bought was served in plastic that was recyclable but there was no way to recycle them.

I took home my spoon from the ice cream parlor because my Recycler's Guilt does not allow me to simply use it once and throw it away.

Seattle Sun Guilt Syndrome

A condition that occurs around the first sunny week of spring in seattle after 5-6 months of darkness and rain. This syndrome forces a person to be burdened with guilt and shame if they do not spend every waking hour outside when the sun is also out and the weather is “nice.” The condition may last through summer, but is typically most intense during late spring.

I think I have Seattle Sun Guilt Syndrome (SSGS); I tried to watch a TV episode tonight, but the sun was still out and I felt horrible, so instead I just laid on my couch staring at a blank TV paralyzed by the shame I have developed from this horrible syndrome, i should be hiking but instead I am a failure to the Pacific Northwest.

Guilt wank

The feeling of guilt when you have finished masturbating over an ugly person.
Also applying to masturbation over ugly pornographic material (e.g. fat woman).

When you are feeling seriously horny and you think it is acceptable to choose a random person to masturbate over. Either whilst looking at one of their photographs or texting/ chatting to them online. Only to realize shortly after you've exploded that they are fuck ugly, and you've just made the biggest mistake of your life. You have fallen victim to a 'guilt wank'.

Mother: David can you run down to Epstein's and get me a roast beef on rye, with russian dressing?
David: No mom, I'm supposed to meet the guys in 10 minutes.
Mother: Ok...I'll remember that.
David: Well I mean, if you realy want me to go I guess-
Mother: No, forget it... go out..leave me here.
David: (sighs) Did you say you wanted russian dressing?
