a cloobroid is a person of below average intelligence who lacks most common sense. They are often terrible at managing their money efficiently and spend it extremely wastefully, often to brag about their purchases over the internet. In addition they are completely incable of telling when a joke/meme is no longer funny, so they are often seen making fools of themselves around other people.

Example 1: the cloobroid wasted 500 dollars on funko pops and proceeded to post a picture of them on reddit.

Example 2: The man made a joke about how wyoming isnt real in front of his friends, revealing himself as a cloobroid
