After sticking your toothbrush in your partners ass, you then place your nurdle ( dab of toothpaste) on the toothbrush and brush your teeth. Keeps your breath from smelling like shit.

Thanks to the dirty nurdle my breath smells like minty fresh shit, instead of straight shit.
