Some one or something that is dirty, foul or just generally nasty for any number of reasons. Please remember that both things AND actions can be considered scrangy. Basically its just a more descriptive word than dirty.

A random is usually a small adolescent child that is very random and possibly annoying at the same time. A scrandom is similar to a shmo or bk, meaning that they are not good at what they are doing. Finally, a mcdandom is most likely someone who eats too much fatty foods such as McDonalds. All together the word means to be an overweight, random, unskilled player in a video game.
Wow, this kid won't shut up about getting a happy meal from McDonalds and his voice is way too high; he didn't even get more kills than deaths... this kid must be a random scrandom mcdandom!
