This disorder makes you feel as if your thoughts are clogging your brain and you can’t help but be negative. It can make you push people away because you want your head to stop or you think that your protecting people from yourself. You isolate yourself from society and even you family. It causes your mental stability to go down and make your emotions harder to control.

Reflektor

A Reflektor, as described by Win Butler of Arcade Fire in their song "Reflektor", is a barrier between the trap of modern technology and escape. You think you are going to go a week without your phone, to better yourself, only to find yourself watching more TV. You feel trapped between technological advancement and a disconnection from the real world.
