A contemptuous term aimed at an unwanted person or peoples that are acting in a dumb, brainless, or generally unintelligent way. This word can also be used as a universal racial slur, although originally intended for use towards Asians. (Derived from the word "Pontoon", referring to the frequent use of boats for the transportation of immigrants)
