To 'Nutty Natz' someone means to force open their eyes using wooden/metal spoons and proceeding to practice the art/fetish of skat into the face. This is usually followed by a cock slap to add humour to the situation. The reciever will then be in so much shock, pain and disgust that it will cause them to involentary queef.
