Rose colored glasses

Seeing only the good in/best in everybody, or the positive, and not the whole picture.

Jim Jones seemed like a wonderful humanitarian looking to spread hope and egalitarian values like wildfire to the world when viewed through rose colored glasses, since you could ignore any of the things about someone that you didn't want to see, and deny any negative feelings you had about him the same way he would deny any negative feelings he had about anybody else. A guy that kills over 900 people is not without negative feelings, and is not a boundless optimist if you look at the whole person, and not just the positive things that look/sound nice. A guy like that seems like the real cynic, even if he's not outwardly a negative grouch.

Man to woman: "You have glasses. Use them."

As I heard it used, this remark was intended to be sarcastic, demeaning, or provocative, but I am unclear about whether it had sexual implications. It might mean something like "being able to see something in plain view ," or able to see something that is "right in front of your face." Or it might reference fellatio. I would like to know.

The word is glasses.
Or phrase : "Use glasses"

urkel glasses

Glasses defined as having at a minimum 1" thick glass, large dimension lenses treated with duralumin, which is accompanied by eyeglass cord made from leftover weave

Eyeglasses that fit the description but are not coated in duralumin do not qualify as "Urkel Glasses" as they will not reflect any semen back at the original shooter

"Urkel Glasses" were originally designed to protect oneself from a being shot in the eyes with semen. Many people prior to 1989 needed to have their eyes removed after many an unplanned ejaculatory mess.
