Name Caller

A person bent on calling other people, places, and things, by names other than what they are.

Most names given to these nouns are subtle descriptions in a negative format.

Person 1: My "stinking" life sucks. (Person then trips and falls to ground) Hey you "idiot" football player, I just tripped over this "stupid" football of yours. Why don't you and your "moron" friends go play in a burning building.

Football Player: I'm going to beat you up...you "NAME CALLER"

Female: Stop it, I will date you both.

Dog: Woof woof, bark!

Person 1: "Retarded" Dog!

Basically what happens when you and your buddy have planned a trip for several months,and his wife knows that your going. You dealay leaving home on the day you plan on leaving and actually depart on the morning she wants you too, and drive three and 1/2 hours to get to a Kroger grocery store in West Virginia, only to find that you've been called back due to her personal insecurity about being alone.

Damnit Joe, I don't know how to tell you this, but the wife has issued a call back. We're going to have to go home, even though we just drove 3 1/2 hours to get here. Sorry my nigger.

caller-id tag

The process of calling somone via phone, not reaching them, and, rather than leaving leaving an essentially content-free voicemail message, simply allowing the caller-id feature of the reciever's phone to inform them that you've called. Like phone tag but without burdening the receiver with the hassle of listening to a voicemail message that says "Hi, I called." The process can be repeated indefinitely until the two parties finally reach each other. Process can be foiled if caller-id feature is not available due to poor cell phone signal, phone being off or other service disruptions.

Keith and I have been trying to catch-up over the last week but keep missing each other and end up just playing caller-id tag.

Men who are head of the Tembin tribe in the west coast of New Ireland call sharks to enter manhood. This is where the term Shot caller originated. Rap music has adapted this term from their ancestors.

Wanna be a baller, Shot Caller twenty inch blades on the Impala.

Shark Callers always have nice rides. In the Tembin tribe they ride only in hand crafted canoes made of the finest timber.

unknown caller

1. someone who is too scared to show who they are and hide caller id, and phone then hang up.
2. when they realise they have phoned the wrong number, they're too embarassed to mention it, and leave you hanging, .. repeating "hello" over and over again, until you give up and feel annoyed at the phone.
3. someone who phones, but is too rude to say who they are, and leave a long message then hang up before giving their name.

1. *ring ring*
..who is it?... unknown caller.. hmm
*pick up phone*
"hello?.. hello?"
*hang up*

What's your point caller?

A question that is posed to a person who is telling a story or asking a question that makes no sense, or doesn't appear to have an ending. Does not specifically have to be used on the telephone.

So he was like driving, then his mum called, and she told him about the washing machine, and there was a huge tree in the park, and his brother was playing football
