When you're listening to or reading a stupid argument or discussion take place in Discord, so you post Sip and Popcorn emotes because it's so dull and/or disappointingly enjoyable
Person 1: "This game mechanic sucks"
Educated Person 2: "No, it doesn't."
Person 1: (continues arguing despite being proven wrong over and over again)
Everyone, including Educated Person 2: (Sip and Popcorn emotes)
----------
Person 1: "I don't like this aspect of life"
Everyone: "Yeah me too"
(Continues rambling on about this dull topic for wayyy too long)
Everyone else waiting for the topic to change: (Sip and Popcorn emotes)

A sipping party is a social gathering wherein the goal is for adults to gather together for fun and to imbibe varying forms of beer, wine, and/or liquors they have not tried before. The host or hostess provides a small variety of drinks and location, foods, maybe games/entertainment/music/conversation topics. Each guest brings one or two forms of drinks. The drink may be something they have never tried, something that sparked their interest or an old favorite they want to share with their friends. This is a responsible and positive environment in which conversation and merriment is more the goal than becoming intoxicated.
Side note: The first official sipping party was attended by a group of high school teachers in Tucson, Arizona in the fall of 2012.

“Big sips” is an Australian slang term used as a superior alternative to “yeet”.
When you like something
something good has occurred
or in extreme awkward silence.
Often used after the word “yop”.

When you accidentally slip on a banana peel and cum in your step-sister’s cunt, then your brother finds out.
Brother: “did you cum in your sister”
You: “Yop, big sips”

instructions for making the last can of beer last as long as possible at the end of a party. (note: host must continually remind guests to 'sip and share' until the can is empty)

The last sip of any drink that is being consumed should always be poured out. This is a sacrifice we make to commemorate the boys.
