Diversity is powerful

A phrase used to define life diversity of all kinds. Diversity is powerful because where one lacks, the other surpasses. Diversity is neither good or bad, it is; Diversity is both good and bad and cannot be characterized as either or for the balance is too grand to put to scale.

Diversity is powerful because it creates an open mind and and let's you use your free will. A society with 1 mind is led in blinded unity, and a society with many minds is led by creative and strong thinking and beliefs.

Bus Drivers' Rules

When somebody enforces rules that nobody has heard of until now.

In the winte of '62, I moved from the corner of Lake and 30th streets to get in out of the -31 degree cold. I came out of the laundromat that provided a modicum of relief from the wind and cold to catch the Minneapolis City Bus. The driver stopped but said I couldn't use my transfer, because I wasn't being picked up at the CORNER OF 30TH AND LAKE STREET. I paid the fair with a grumble, saying "This sounds like Bus Drivers' rules, 'You Make Them Up As You Drive Along.'" There was some murmuring of agreement from the other passengers. He didn't throw me out into the Minus 31 degree night.

People bring different cultures, backgrounds, and personalities to the table and those differences shape how they think. Some people are analytical thinkers, while others thrive in creative zones. Some are meticulous planners, and others love spontaneity. By mixing up the types of thinkers in a group you increase 'thought diversity'
