Colloquial speech. A common phrase said down here in Hawai'i to express total excitement.

Shorter way would be: CHEE! And mostly said by the youth on social networking sites or text messages.

A cheap ass is a boss who drinks expensive wine at the dinner table but at work can't pay you for travel time.

I worked as a landscaper in fort st john bc and she was a cheap ass, I had a boss last summer who drank expensive wines at the dinner table. But when I asked for travel time owings she wouldn't pay me. just TREEMENDOUS

This term is used by people who are jealous of savers and are unable to save money themselves.

A person with a tendency to disappear when it happens to be their round. Known by everyone in the office/world as a miser/scrooge or more affectionately as having short arms and being unable to reach into their pocket to obtain money for the purchase of goods and services.
