asianna

Asianna is a very outgoing girl. Very energetic at times, but also quite reserved. She was a social butterfly at one point. But then she grew and has become relatively quiet. She prefers to stay inside reading or caught up in her own world to notice those around her. She often spaces out, and has to be brought back from her fantasies by a snap or laugh from others around her. Many would say she looks depressed, but rather, I believe she is simply misunderstood. She takes initiative when needed, and is a great leader. Her aura is very intimidating but also very misleading. She simply needs to be understood. And she still hasn't found anyone to do that. But when she does. This definiton will change, hopefully for the better.

Asia

Asia is the type of person who can be friends with just about anyone. On the outside she is the most happiest person in the world. Of course she has her days but it wont take long until she has a big smile on her face. Asia isn't as happy as you may think she is though, she just needs a distraction to keep her from realizing how much pain she is in. Asia wishes more people understood her, but knows her wish is really just a fantasy. Asia is depressed inside. She has low self esteem and often thinks low of her self. Many people think they can help Asia but in reality they can't. Asia is beautiful in others eyes but often convinces her self she isn't. She isolates her self from certain people and laughs when she's nervous or uncomfortable. She's a fighter and often wants to get into trouble but no one has ever really seen her worst side. She always has times for jokes and is a fighter.

asian doubt

Originally created to describe Ming’s actions, “Asian doubt” is the inability for an Asian to act on his or her feelings and instincts because he or she over thinks too much and begins to doubt him or herself. This is most assuredly applicable in terms of 1) asking a girl or guy out on a date or 2) almost anything Asians do. That’s why Asians are stereotyped as submissive and pushovers, it’s because of this transition phase from thinking about doing something and actually doing it that causes Asians to doubt themselves.

Will: Yo Ming! Lets chill with the homies and play some b-ball!

Ming: I'm going to study at the library all night and obsess over Harvey.

Will: You serious?! Asian doubt~~

Asian Parents

Are people who gave birth to you and fed you so therefore they think they can control you. They play mind games, are passive aggressive, manipulative, and are generally just very negative people. Most asian parents have problems themselves and they tend to take it out on their kids either knowingly or unknowingly. Most asian parents are negative because they want to think the worse before it even happens. If you go out late at night to the movies or whatever, they would think you were partying and drinking instead. Although this may be true for some kids (sneaking out and doing drugs...etc) not all kids are like this. They tend to listen to their friends/relatives stories about bad stuff and they think that their own kids are bad too. They generalize wayy too much. Asian parents think their kids are bad if they get a B on their report card. They will act as if it's the end of the world if you don't get into: UCLA, USC, HARVARD, STANFORD, OXFORD, PRINCETON, or any other brand named schools that charges an arm and a leg to attend to.

Unfortunately, many new asian parents that end up in America will do the same to their kids. But there is light at the end of the tunnel. The new generation of asian americans will never treat their kids the same... so therefore the chain will be broken. We will know better, listen to our kids, trust them, and be their guide rather than their dictator. There is hope for the next generation of american parents out there...

Examples of Asian Parents:

Mom: I am your mother, you HAVE to listen to me. If I say jump you ask 'how high'

Dad: Sometimes will beat you with a whip. (BTW, kids if this happens to you call the cops please. It's called child abuse)

Both Parents: So and so got into Harvard, why didn't you get into Harvard? You're so stupid... studying on how to become a technician? What???? OMG, MY SON/DAUGHTER IS A FCKEN FAILURE.

Mom talking to her 10 year old: Your sister got into a good school, has a good job, married a doctor, has 2 kids... what do you do huh?? Sit at home playing video games all day?

Dad: Son, when you grow up you have to be better than everyone else. it's not enough that you succeed, everyone else must fail.
