GETTIN' TWEAKED

Getting high or altered by some substance usually at a low level as in "slightly tweaked" but can also be used as "totally tweaked" which would imply very high or altered.

We were gettin' tweaked before I going to the principles office. It makes him seem more normal.

I was gettin' tweaked 24/6 when I lived in Vancouver. I took a day off to recover.
