Second base on an error 

1) In literal terms: when the runner, in baseball, reaches second because of an error committed by the opposing team

2) Getting to second base by accidentally brushing against a women's breasts.

1) The batter got a base hit, but the ball was overthrown, so he reached second base on an error.

2) Guy 1: How far did you go?
Guy 2: What's it called if we were making out and I accidentally brushed against her titties?
Guy 1: Haha! You totally reached second base on an error.

Common mistake made in dating whereby one party tries to move the relationship forward too quickly.

Martin said he loved her on the second date. What a major Pacing Error. She would have gone out with him again, but now she is really creeped out.

Useful phrase for when someone succumbs to a very stupid mistake, instantly granting them the status of a noob

Also commonly used with the adjective frikken to make clear the overall extent of how noobish the error was.

Person #1 - "My car won't start"
Person #2 - "That's because your auto transmission is in drive. What a frikken noob error!"
