cubiffice

A workspace that is a cross between a cubicle and an office. It's bigger than a cubicle, has a "sitting area" for meetings, but does not have floor to ceiling walls. Some have a sliding door.

1. Point in an artist's career where they go batshit insane and start producing very abstract/ avant-garde pieces of art.

2. Excuse used when an artist has gone off the deep end and/or produces sub-par works.

(Note: I don't consider Cubism as a whole to be subpar in any way, and I am actually quite partial to it)
