Buritto amnesia is when someone eats a buritto, then forgets about it and blames someone for eating it on them. This usually happens to students with room mates who share a small freezer.

Dylan: Craig! you ate my buritto you douche bag

A person (most likely a woman) who is so politically absorbed that they lose the ability to think critically.

The View minus Whoopie, as well as people like Rachel Maddow and Nicolle Wallace are so politically absorbed in our political and media culture that they became a party of amnesiac groundhogs. To be fair to the women, there's one guy who fits that description: Chuck Todd.

Cyber Amnesia

In the case of online dating websites or smartphone apps, cyber amnesia is when one person sends a message to someone they have previously spoken to under the premise that they have never spoken before. This often happens when someone changes a profile picture, username, or profile information. It can seem rather awkward or strange to the person who does remember the previous conversation(s).

User1: Hey

User2: Hi, I think we spoke before. I'm (name), remember?

User1: Um I'm not sure... I'm (name).

User2: Yeah.... I know...

User1: Oops, sorry. Just had a bit of cyber amnesia right there. Of course I remember you! (probably doesn't)
