He has been in the films Captain America: The first avemger (2011) Captain America: The winter soldier (2014)and Captain America: Civil war (2016). He is alsow known for being Steve rogers best friend james buchanan barnes witch is his full name. James is alsow called Bucky barnes or just Bucky.

Winter's Bitch

Anyone who is wearing way too much clothing to keep warm. Someone who can't just wear the standard winter clothing but has to go all out with the layers and hats and gloves. This doesn't go just for the winter, but for any season. Usually happens when its below 68 degrees out when people will tend to wear a bit too much.

Oh my god you're so winter's bitch. Its 48 degrees today, which yes, I understand is kind of cold, but come on do you really need to be wearing long pants, four layers of shirts below a sweatshirt, that big ass hat, and gloves. My god...
