Possibly one of the most annoying creatures alive, they mostly consist of a 8 - 11 year old on a scooter who think their top shitcool if they swear and/or drink and smoke. Most of these fucktards hangout at skateparks and beak the skaters who would beat the living shit out of them but the snoby rich parents would retaliate
