When you fill a sexual partners asshole with cement causing a build up of feces. You then jam a rusty screwdriver into the sexual partner's belly button. When you’re clogged it’s like you’re out of words to say something and you’re in shock and can’t speak from how clogged you are sorta like you’re in discomfort and everyone around you can feel those same vibes it’s just clogged
