It can either be eating or describe what is being eaten. If something is shlumpin than it is very desirable and delusions. If you are shlumpin it just means you are eating. You can also use the word as shlump also in reference to eating.

Dude we really need to go get some shlump. Man those ribs were so shlumpin.

a state of drowsyness that lasts the entire day. a shnumped person may also feel bored or confused without an interest as to finding out why. shnumpyness is not to be confused with depression, but may also be referred to by some as the "rainy day" feeling.
