Fat Phoebe Party

A type of party derived from the book Private by Kate Brian. A fat phoebe party is a party thrown by a friend for a friend when they are depressed. In this girls only party, chocolates, sweets, and champagne will be consumed.

Friend 1: My boyfriend broke up with me!
Friend 2: What? That JERK! It's okay, we can throw a fat phoebe party. Get out the cake and champagne, and spill girl, you have lots to talk about.

University of Phoenix

A business disguised as a school that uses spam as a means of luring in new unsuspecting customers. This diploma mill uses many sneaky advertising tactics, such as coming up as the first result in google search when typing in "university of", TV ads featuring sensationalized stories and fast-paced music, and a YouTube channel that features their "success stories" and that blocks any user that posts anything remotely critical of the school in their videos' comment sections. According to several accounts on the internet, most classes at UoP consist of nothing remotely useful. If one is able to get a job after graduating from here and pay off the $200,000 they owe in loans, they are truly lucky.

Rob didn't want to go to community college so he enrolled at University of Phoenix and found himself shelling out $50k a year to learn absolutely nothing.

The first modern Greek currency bore the name of phoenix. The constellation Phoenix, was introduced in the late 16th century by sailors organized by Petrus Plancius, probably one of Keyser or de Houtman and displayed on a globe from 1597 created by Hondius.

The phoenix is a mythical sacred firebird that originated in ancient Phoenician mythology (according to Sanchuniathon), Chinese mythology, Egyptian religion and later Greek mythology.

Phoenix, Arizona is a major city located in the Southwest region of the United States. It is Arizona's State Capital, 5th biggest city in the US and is one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the country. It has a population of approximately 1.6 million and that's just the city of Phoenix. The metro area including Phoenix and surrounding cities( Mesa, Scottsdale, Chandler, Tempe, etc.) adds up to 4.5 million residents total!
