A word that's been bastardiszed by fake people and narcissists the same way Chipotle bastardized Mexican food.

Narcissist with a fake smile and fake good intentions: I'm a really nice person. I certainly don't kill cats and I certainly treat others with "respect".
*literally seconds later* treats everyone like shit and kills an entire colony of cats and other small animals.
