Often seen ticking off Mr. Mistoffelees or his brother, Munkustrap. Tugger seems to have a habit of being loud, obnoxious, crude, attention craving, and clingy.

While mad at your female friend or wife, it may be necessary to tie the leading edge of their tampon string to the bed post with monofilament. This allows you to make a loud sound, such as a billowing fart, in their general vicinity to wake them from their slumber. If done correctly, it will provoke them to jump out of the bed, thus snapping said female sanitary device from it's hold and causing extreme embarassment for her, and sweet revenge for you.

I was pissed at the ole lady, so when she fell asleep on the couch I pulled a modified plugger tugger, by using the sliding glass door...
