Quilty

Quilty- in any argument someone who quilts an opinion or several opinions together, and then embroiders an untruth to it. The untruth needs the quilt backing so it has something that can be still seen as an untruth will not stand on its own. Then the quilter focuses on the untruth, and not the opinion/quilt.

In a quilty manner Jim claimed that cars need to be removed because alligators are killed by cars. Then he says also states alligators are good for the environment because they are an indicator that cars are bad.

A common IRC command to leave the channel you are in or have someone remove themselves. A person who voted in favour of Brexit despite not understanding the consequences. An insult based on the perception that those who voted for Brexit have a lower IQ than remain voters.
