The annoying tendency of our mainstream political/ news/entertainment industrial complex to have it's talking heads deliver thinly veiled messages of class warfare and bigotry.ALL mainstream ideological viewpoints are guilty of this.
When America wants to explore it's ills...social or otherwise...it usually explores it in the context of skin color first...class second...and finally as a problem to be solved-when it's hideously clear that it's EVERYONES problem.(this sometimes takes decades)...But since for better or worse one is unable anymore to flat-out offend/demean/impugn the sensibilities of this or that tribe...words and phrases are used in conjunction with pictures to form or reinforce assumptions of what or who the "problem" is.A coupla' "CODESPEAKS'GREATEST HITS" would include:

"CHILDREN BORN OUT OF WEDLOCK"-For decades the picture in your head was that of a Black welfare mother with no father in sight...probably still is...But when you factor in such things as divorce and White professional females having kids...man be damned...you see that if in fact households without men is a problem...it's everyones problem.

"HIV"-Does'nt make the headlines much anymore unless it relates to Africa or the porn industry...But not too long ago when the disease was a sure death sentence...you never heard a story about HIV that did'nt suggest that this was a disease of "THE INNER CITY"...And without fail-there would be a story every year about some young Black man just outta jail who moves into some suburban/rural White community and starts infecting the local White girls.Suggesting that as long as you were a White heterosexual...and you only fucked other White heterosexuals...you need not worry.Of course someone forgot to tell NASCAR star Tim Richmond this before he went off and infected 250 groupies-uh women with it on his way to that great oval in the sky.(he was white)Of course there were no stories either about the probably thousands of "UPPER-MIDDLE CLASS"
people who've been infected...yet becuase of private health insurance and privacy issues did'nt end up in the stats that are so often repeated.IT'S STILL EVERYONES PROBLEM.

RPG Codex

"Forum for butthurt edgy teens" is a good summary of the place. The amount of racism, homophobia and antisemitism you'll find in one thread on the forum is a lot but strangely, the Codexers get defensive when you call them out for these things citing the fact that there's two moderators: Jaesun (aka Gaesun), a gay moderator and Infinitron, a Jewish moderator who are on the forum and that this somehow means that the place still isn't a gathering ground for scum because two mods there happen to belong to two of the groups that are often attacked on the forum. We have no reason to believe that these two nutjobs belong to these groups anyway just because they say so. It should be noted that Codexers often pretend to be people who they're not. It's also possible these moderators are simply self-loathing (this would fit with 40% of the Codex's users, the other 40% are retarded with the remaining 20% being clinically insane).

The first definition of the Codex on this site had already been posted on the forum by a user who goes by the name of Telengard. Naturally the response was to be as expected with the first few posters being amused before everyone else responded in two ways:

-Self loathing users responded to segments of the first definition criticizing it whilst pretending not to be buttmad over it.
-Overused forum jokes by the retarded users. Not sure why they posted them. Possibly to reinforce the negative stereotype of Codex users? They came off sounding retarded though.

If you want to piss off a typical Codex troll, there's several ways to do this:

-Call Skyrim the best (and most successful RPG to date). Mention how it's the best selling RPG in the history of RPG's alongside Diablo 3.
-Say that Obsidian is but an speck of paint compared to Bioware who have existed for longer and made more successful RPG's whilst Obsidian's success has come from Bioware itself and Bethesda due to them making sequels to their games.
-Say that Chris Avellone hates the RPG Codex or call him a cunt. The Codex loves this guy (strangely) and will not take any criticism of him well.
-Mention how David Gaider owned Roqua in the "Bioware outsource to India" thread and later "Warden" in other threads on the RPG Codex when he used it years ago.

-Mention how the Codex sucked Gaider's dick before he left, becoming butthurt at his departure.
-Dis Obsidian Entertainment.
-Bash any old RPG and watch as butthurt pursues.
-Call any mod's favorite game shit and watch as you get banned.
-Mention how most of the posters there really haven't played any of the Gold Box RPG's and are just hipsters who like to pretend they have (this is probably true for a lot of them).
-Insult DarkUnderlord or Vault Dweller, two mods who are on the Codex.
-Call Age of Decadence a Fallout rip-off (this will really get the Codexers butt mad as it's made by Vault Dweller and Codexers regard it as the official RPG of the Codex.)
-Say Age of Decadence is vaporware. (Which it probably is)

Codelingus

A particularly malicious hack for its victims, codelingus involves manipulating the email communications or word processing programs of it's victims, in order to create chaos on the job or in personal relationships. For example, the victim may receive a strange request from their boss, follow through with the request, and then later find out their boss never sent the email. By the time the victim has a chance to print out the email, it is gone forever.

Other examples may include, pre- or post-dating documents, tagging documents as being saved by the victim, changing registries of application programs to make documents act a certain way, bloating documents with fake code so they take a long time to load, hacking chat and or other text logs to manipulate dialogue. Codelingus is one reason many folks still print out their emails, and take screen shots of documentation, in order to CYA.

Betty: OMG! This important document that we use as a company reference shows that I opened it, changed all the information to be incorrect, and then saved it on the shared drive. This is codelingus, and not the good kind! Good thing those monkeys were so into creating chaos for me THEY FORGOT THAT I DIDN'T HAVE ACCESS TO THAT SHARED DRIVE BACK THEN.
