Lenergic

Similar to "slompy", lenergic is a state of tiredness often induced by boredom. This boredom somehow leads to a feeling of having energy, but at the same time being unable to complete any meaningful task. Lenergic feelings can be developed over long periods of procrastination.

Can be caused by lack of sleep, a heavy workload, procrastination, sugar, orange juice and/or energy drinks.

"I'm just feeling too lenergic to finish my homework tonight. I'll just do it tomorrow."

Term for mid-eighties old school R&B ala The Gap Band, Zapp, Midnight Star, Starpoint, Lakeside, ect. It is flashy synth driven pop soul music with a four on the floor disco dance beat. Term was coined by the music blog Beat Electric. It is always spelled with a Z, not an s.

1. Creatively deceitful or purposefully obfuscated accounting practices used to hide illegal or embarrassing activities.

2. The mental gymnastics and/or cryptic keystroke sequences required to input data correctly into poorly designed and operationally suspect software applications (e.g., databases, .DOC & .PDF forms, etc.).

A triple portmanteau of 'ledger' (pad for posting business & accounting transactions), 'legerdemain' (magic; deception; trickery) and 'maintenance.'

Upon the discovery of Arthur Andersen's legerdemaintenance, Enron's house of cards collapsed into a stinking pile of shit bankrupting hundreds of former employees & investors.
