Actor best known for his role as John Kramer (a.k.a. The Jigsaw Killer) in the Saw films. He has worked in a variety of genres, typically playing a villain or other shady character. That creepy voice that John Kramer has? It's Tobin Bell's real speaking voice. Spooky.
