Sahiling

Sahiling, the art of sahiling which involves falling head first off of heights up to 5 feet. Ex: couches stairs mattresses to recieve the most damage to the brain as possible. The result of sahiling is loss of reason and the ability to form a proper sentance. Started by a local baby in abbotsford, sahiling is the scourge of the 21st century and must be stopped. Word on the street is other babies and even some adults have started to "sahil" to have fun and get high.
