One who incessantly resends text messages to urge a person to reply. (Usually thinking that the recipient failed to receive the message, but likely just to be rude.)

Alex: "What happened last night with your phone, who was texting you?"
Kell: "It's Timmy, he won't leave me alone; he's a total Repeat Text Offender!"

perma-offended

A person who is in a permanent state of being offended because of {political correctness.} No matter what others say or do, they will find a reason to pounce on them for use of a word they don't like. The other party finds they have to walk on eggshells around them.

The guy who used the word niggardly to describe someone who is miserly and he was asked to leave his job by pressure from the perma-offended.

An offensive act perpetrated by a social networking site "friend" that results in permanently unfriending the individual.

Unfriendable Offenses can include, but are not limited to:

1. Excessive postings about children
2. Excessive postings about health and children's health
3. Postings about every, ever-loving thing that you do
4. Unwarranted sexy talk via chat from a former classmate who is currently married with three children

Rod committed the worst of all unfriendable offenses; I asked him about his wife and kids and he told me what he was doing to his penis.

One of the evil-doers who murders our nation's children through fetal homicide.

After reform of the city's fetal homicide laws, a trio of ED-209's descend on Detroit's abortion clinics demanding that the feticide offenders surrender: "You are in violation of fetal homicide laws. Come out with your hands up. You have 20 seconds to comply." (followed by mechanical growl)
