Something which is extremely drastic; more drastic than normal.

Her reaction that the plane was going to be 20 minutes late was extrastic. It was only a 20 minute delay, but she started screaming at the flight attendant that the airline needs to refund her ticket for poor performance.

Any activities frowned upon by society that occur within the confines of a college campus or during enrollment with said college.
Usually illegal in nature, and leading to criminal charges.
Ex. Underage Drinking, random sex, killing a midget with a towel rack.
