Cheylan is Latin which also means blind. Chilaquiles

Mexican slang for colorful or unmatching.

As a result of not having attention to detail.

It is also a very delicious Mexican dish usually for breakfast. It is made out of cut tortillas, fried then drenched with green or red salsa. Usually topped up with cheese and sour cream. Some people have them with a friend egg.
