Someone who always cries and/or finds something to cry about. These People are often found in automotive repair shops and do not have toolboxes but rather tool carts.

Little foreman wayne assigned a transmission repair to higgy which caused him to cry uncontrollably for no apparent reason. The new guy Russell asked "Whats wrong with him?" Bruce responded "Oh nothing, he's just a ballbaby."
