It means, "laugh out loud cakes." Now, some people like to say "lolpie," but that is incorrect. Lolcakes is more grammatically correct, and is used in everyday language more often.

Noun. Wannabe thugs; not true Gs. Fakers normally trying to stand tough on the corner with nothing to do but try to look hard. Usually 2-3 people wearing white tank tops, Js or Timbers, and saggin jeans.
