A way of clarifying wether or not some one is referring to a buff "Best ugly fat friend" or a buf "best ugly friend". The name is given for the two f's found in buff as buf has a single f.

A person, usually a male, who thinks that they have a muscular, good looking physique. This person will wear t-shirts 2 sizes too small and walk around trying to stick out their chest. Will talk about how much they work out only to be laughed at by the opposite sex because of their puny appearance. It can also be someone new to the world of weight lifting who has lifted for 2 days and thinks they are Ronnie Coleman.
