A Canadian native reserve. Usually filled with dirty red-skins who drink cheap beer and sniff lysol. Every trailer (or teepee) in the brocket (reserve) has an illegal satellite dish and a trampoline.

happy braclets

when a person who is a cutter and cuts either the wrist or the ankle, a braclet that has beads, stcikers, etc. that is made, not bought. must be orinigal. not ofund in stores.

1st girl:"that girl over there, is a cutter".
2nd girl:"who her? how can you tell? i dont see any cuts".
1st girl:"she covers her cuts up with happy braclets".
2nd girl:"really? wow."
1st girl:"yah her parents would flip if they saw her wrist and ankles, her boyfriend made her some happy braclets for she could hide them til' the scars go away"
2nd:"ouch".
